These figures showed up in a collection, I bought. They are farmhands made in Brazil. My friend Erwin Sell sold these figures in the 2018-20’s. The company closed in 2022’s most likely.

November 2025 Plastic Figure Cotta

This figure ended up in my collection because of the damage to the right hand. Cafe Storme made many interesting figures. The figure repesenting Cotta.

November 2025 Plastic Figure cionveersion.

I enjoy seeing conversions. The previous owner had taken a Marx Warriors of the World 1812 Sailor pointing and turned it into a Confederate.

November 2025 Plastic Figure T Cohn

This one of the few original figures that T Cohn made. It is a figure I would look for as I know people woud put it with their western setups. With the advent of 3D, I wonder if there is still a demand for this figure.

Warhorse Minature Latest News

Engineer Basevich Six Day War Figures

November 2025 Plastic Figure Engineer

Igor Basevich of Engineer Basevich has aunnounced that his next three figure sets will be base on the Arab/Isarel Six Day War. He will be doing sets of Israel, Jordan and Egyptian troops. In this master shot, you can see the figures.(He is not doing vechiles.)

Jordanian Army

This is What Igor said on the Jordanian Army figures:”Engineer Basevich” presents, the last set from the “Six-Day War 1967 series. -Jordanian Army” (Remember, the armies of Israel and Egypt have already been represented before)

The set is already available, in two colors-gray and green, the height of the figures is 60 mm, material – polyethylene. The set includes a machine gun, the second in the history of the InzheBass line sets, making of polyethylene is extremely difficult…

The central figure of the set is Hussein ibn Talal (1935-1999), king of Jordan from August 11, 1952 to February 7, 1999. The son of King Talal, the father of the current ruler of the country King Abdullah I.

We will let you know when these sets will be out. Remember your country may have restrictions of importing these figures.

  1. Benjamin says:

I purchased the IDF set and was frankly disappointed with the mediocre level of detail. The poses are good, but my modern German airfix figures have better detail. I have previous painted the Airfix figures as IDF, given that they have uzi and FNs.

  2. James Henry says:

The new sets by Engineer Basevich have terrible sculpting.

  3. Erwin F Sell says:

I played with the T Cohen figure so much as child .He was in all WW2 medieval wesreen games.
    Very important future.

  4. BRIAN says:

Anyone have any info on where one could purchase the Tanks?I imagine they are made in Russia which would be a problem obtaining them unless sold by Armenian/Kazakh dealers. The trucks look like the Made in China ones that show up on Ebay.

  5. Hector Salamanca says:

Engineer Basevich is in my personal top five plastic makers of all time list.

Unfortunately, Basevich Sets are no longer able to be made at the same level of quality as past releases due to a variety of reasons largely outside of Igor’s control. The loss in sculpting quality was apparent with the Greeks and Persians, and is even more noticeable with the Six-Day War Sets. Still, the team deserves credit for their continued efforts and pieces devoted to rarely seen eras.

Basevich’s contribution to the hobby is invaluable and the brand contributed massively to the Plastic Renaissance of the 2010s into the 2020s.

  6. Benjamin says:

Can anyone suggest plastic alternatives that I could use for Egyptian soldiers (1967). I was going purchase the E.B. set, however, they are poorly sculpted.

    • Tom Black says:

Not only are the sculpts below standards for EB but the quality of the plastic is poor. It’s very difficult to cut the flash off.
I suppose the Russian makers sales are down and they are cutting back.

    • Tom Black says:

Since they are armed with mostly Soviet weapons of the 50’s and 60’s, the only thing I could suggest is the TSSD NVA set’s now sold by Michauns Closet. You would have to do some converting though. The EB Egyptians have a mixture of baseball type hats and Soviet and Polish steel helmets. The NVA also had AK ammo belts on their upper stomach area unlike the Egyptians and Russians of the 1960’s.

  7. BRIAN says:

The Israeli set has several useless poses, would like to have seen more shooters.

  8. Bobby Moore says:

The Warhorse Miniatures US para looks cool, but what is that painted figure in the background? It looks like a WW2 US winter G.I.. Is Warhorse making some winter G.I.’s also?
