Figures Acquired at Gettysburg Show Surprises

Figures Acquired at Gettysburg Cyrnos

I enjoy the Gettysburg Toy Soldier Show for several reasons. One is finding new items for my collection. What surprises me are the foreign figures I have found over the years at the show. The figure on the left is by Cyrnos of France, a naval figure. The figure on the right is a Reamsa Napoleonic officer.

I believe these two figures are copies of the Lone Star skindivers.

Figures Acquired at Gettysburg Poland

At the end of the show, I walked past Rick Eber’s at spottedthese two figures. I knew they were made in Poland, and purchased them. Erwin Sell confirmed that they were by PGZ. They are part of a series: Warsaw Uprising. I may have others in the collection.

I got these two knights from Craig Remmington. Checking with Erwin, he confirmed that we were done by Publius. Publius did a series of two figures. This was the first set of Lithuanian knights.

Figures Acquired at Gettysburg Show 3D Prints

There was one other 3D company at the show: 3D Prints in Resin. They had figures for WWII and the Civil War. I picked up three figures for the collection. I picked up the nurse with the wounded soldier, as I only have the Atlantic version. The middle figure is either a surgeon or a cook. The final figure I liked for the pose. The figures are Conte size, which means they will fit in with your Conte figures.

One Response to Figures Acquired at Gettysburg Show

  1. Erwin F Sell says:

You found some notable items. A minor update: The 2 figures made in Poland ,one is part of the Warsaw Uprising 1944 set, while the other represents a Polish Army officer from 1939. The cannon was manufactured in China recently and has been available for sale in the past ten years or more , often packaged with articulated action figures, military figures, and various accessories, including smaller tanks. It is a contemporary hybrid cool gun.The target game set that includes the plastic German figure comes with three different poses and has a hollow back. The Publius Lithuanian knights are pretty rare and hard to find now since they were part of a limited series, and only two poses were made by Publius years back.
