September 2026 Combat Collectibles, Cesar, More: I start the month sharing a bundle of figure news. First, we have an update from Evan Ohelrich on his World War I figures. Next, I share a series of new figures from Brazil, Cesar Conrado. He has done some interesting World War II and Western figures. Conte Collectibles is saying Roman set 3 will be out in late fall and hinting at a set of figures people will love. So let’s get started
September 2026 Combat Collectibles Update
Evan has continued to add his WWI range. Combat Collectibles Set 2 brings all-new US Marines and German infantry into the fight.
Both sets will debut at the Chicagoland Toy Soldier Show before becoming available online. Evan will be sharing space with Mike Pedergast of Warhorse Miniatures before the show.
Cesar Cornado Figures
Going through my Facebook group, I discovered these figures from Cesar Conrado of Brazil. I really like the poses.
Lynn Graves alerted me that Cesar has also done Western figures. I will keep you informed of his other projects as they appear.
Conte Collectibles News
As we wait for Conte Foot Roman 3, Richard has been showing a future release of a mounted Roman.
Here is a variation of the figure minus the helmet.
Richard is also hinting at new French Foreign Legion figures. Which poses will make the cut and when we will have to wait and see.
September 2026 Combat Collectibles: Chicago Show
The show will be on September 20th, with room trading starting Wednesday. Those who attend the show will have lots to look at. Warhorse Miniatures will be making its first appearance with lots of great items.
I will not be attending the show. It is no longer cost-effective to fly, and driving would take two days each way. Frankly, the money I would spend on overhead, I can use to buy goods here. Europe is a different story, as I have friends to take me around and I get to see figures I would rarely find here. We will be reporting what we hear. So have a good time if you are going.
