Trying to Catch Up: Time Flies. I have finally got a chance to do some posting. Since the last posting, I have been working on another collection I purchased. Also, I have had writer’s block, which I get from time to time. So much for excuses; let’s get back to the hobby. We are seeing several items coming out in the near future, so let’s get started.
Trying to Catch Up: Warhorse Miniatures

Mike Predergast of Warhorse Miniatures has been busy working on new products. He has several sets of WWII Japanese. Here we have a set that Mike calls Japanese Banzai. The Banzai charge was used if it was felt all was lost.

Here is a preview of the WW2 Japanese MG Bunker. It is just about finished. I might add a few things to the mini set. So far, there is a two-man MG team with a couple of ammo boxes. They are firing a Type 92 Heavy Machine Gun. There are more terrain pieces in development and a four-man MG Team to be used outside of a bunker.

Another set Mike has done is Japanese Marines. These figures will be welcome additions to Pacific War setups.

Mike has done a five-figure set of Norman crossbowmen. Mike and Carolyn will be at Gettysburg and Chicago. Mike will have some other surprises.
LOD Figures

LOD has done two new medieval sets. The first one is a six-man siege crew. These will be a welcome addition to your medieval scenes.

The other set from LOD is medieval archers. Who does not need more archers? Mike says the LOD archers will work with his Norman crossmen. Mike will have some LOD sets at the Gettysburg Show.
I will have more new items in my next posting. Also, I will have some figures that I have picked in my travels.
I like the Norman’s Crossbowmen
Very accurate loading histoircal poses only made by Polish maker and some Starlux.
The Type 92 heavy machine gun set is awesome and far superior to CTS set and the best ever made in 1/32 .
It is my understanding LOD figures are resin made not plastic .Are they using the same superior quality resin printing materials as Mike ?
