As I re-live a number of elements of my childhood on this Board, I was recently inspired while in the supermarket with my wife to sample a big box of KIX, which happened to be on sale. Once I tried them as a bowl of cereal the next morning, I found I didn’t care for them at all. Once I read this article on the TRIX bunny, I realized, from reading the follow-on comments, that TRIX was simply the pre-sweetened, colorful, fun version of KIX.

I may try a box of TRIX at some point in the near future, but for right now, I’m sticking with the old tried and true from my childhood — my all-time favorite — that old standby — Cheerios.

I really liked the Berrt Burst Cheerios, I used to eat them right out of the box, no milk. However, as is usually the case with something I like they discountinued them. I was so bummed.
