Facebook

I just want to let my readers know I have finally join Facebook.  I had held off as  Laurie was doing Facebook and I really did not have a need.  Laurie has lost interest in Facebook.  I realize that I could communicated with some foreign friends. Also I could  meet some new friends.

I am in the beginning stages over on it. I will put a picture of myself once I get a haircut.  Then I will have do a profile photo of the figures.  I have started contacting  people and groups.  I will use Facebook and Twitter at this time for relaxation. My main concern will be the web site.

One funny thing a sad little man got upset that I and others have recently joined Facebook. Like we are going  destroy it, I don’t think so.  I am not interest in this sad person’s group or him. He can play in his world and I will do so in mine.  I am sure he will rant and rave on this comment on his site.  And you know what I will do I will laugh at him again.

  1. Facebook is good and bad. It is great to keep contacts with other collectors and bad because of all the drama. Take care, Mike.

    I’m very happy x u admin.
I had use facebook x many years.
On a daily bases is great x collectors as we post a lot all over the world.
I’m connected w 6 foreign blogs in that way.I can ask and chat fast w then about any figures.
Your main page has to be set in way less private info expose.
Is true once a wile odd people show up but u can manage or report any issues and Will be care fast.
Few thing I suggest are following.
    Avoid politics at all cost.
Use x toys or personal post best.
If personal post choose who can see it.
Use tranlators if can not respond or type the person language.
Use english w those typing in it only.
Most collectors are extremely nice .I keep many in messanger x easy chat .
Do not post u phone or adrees

About those few out there very sad and umhappy that post miserable attacks to us .Let then rot in their hate and ego.So far I know of so few and no one read then.Generally they use the site to expose their hate or twisted political social thinking full of hate using toys as cover up.
Toy soldiers are for fun and happiness
Disagreement in personal thoughts should be handle as educated and respectful possible.
Wish best Paul and see you there as I’m enjoying already your comments at facebook toy soldiers groups.
    Best regards.

Good luck with it and post a link. I’ve resisted so far, but I’m thinking of opening a page for my metal wargames figures company.

But, I have to have my daughter set it up for me!

As for the other issue, just ignore it.
    He’s not worth the trouble.

There are always going to be detractors or as they say under the modern venacular ” Haters”, but as I said in my day, “**** em” and no that’s not love although some people may mistake it for that.

  5. Whatever works to spread the word about toy soldiers work for me.

  6. Danny Lester says:
