The Islamic Arabs & Turks range will be quite extensive. We will continue to push East to cover Byzantine, Mongols, Chinese and Japanese. The reference period is the 14th Century.

The two-handed spear grip of the Arab Lancers. I am sure this will be a popular ranger from them.

    Hello Paul,
It was an experience again to be in Milan after the pandemic. All in all a great show with many figure dealers and a good range of all figures of Italian origin. Although I noticed that the prices have risen sharply. If I got pirates from APS (MPC copies) in 2019 for 3 euros, in 2022 they were around 10 euros without accessories are found. let’s see what awaits me in 2023.

I have never seen those Coma figures before. I have got the Romans and Vikings but not them. I will have to keep a lookout on EBAY and Toy Soldier shows I go to.

COMA musketeers and gladiator are the hardest find specially with complete weapon .The Bersaglieri, set is more easy but they are the only made by COMA in taller scale -58/60 mm Approx versus rest their sets made in 52/54 mm range .
They did another 5 poses Bersaglieri set in the smaller range 52/54 mm more common still ,repeated in HO scale as well .Belong to same series of marines, airforce and alpine sets made as well .

The Basevich map of the Gulf of Finland and the Baltic States is interesting and difficult to recognize without the modern names and borders in place. I had to look at a World Atlas to figure out what region the map is depicting.

Russia’s little war is annoying (worse than annoying for those fighting in it), so many wonderful toy soldiers out of my reach:(
