Found in a Dollar General Store

We had a Dollar General Store open a few block east of us and I had not been in the store until the end of last month. I had gone in there looking for some other items I need when I spotted this in the toy section. It was a stagecoach with cowboys. On closer inspection I could see the stagecoach was a copy of the New Ray stagecoach.  the set comes with two mounted cowboys, who ride the two horses hitched to the stagecoach.  The set also has a foot cowboy holding a Winchester in his left hand and a rope in in his right hand. This figure would go well with the Atlantic Hanging man.  I will have to keep a watch on this store for any other surprises.

And a poor copy at that

Just confirms how great the old Marx and Auburn figures really were!!

These China based toy companies have no consideration for quality unless they are contracted by a N. American or European owned company. Marx and Auburn cared about quality. Even FOV put out junky sets of WW2 soldiers although the figures that manned the vehicles/Tanks are nice.
