Gulliver Rises From Ashes Western Sets, it is interesting how information in our hobby starts to appear. First Mike Predergast mentions in his latest blog about the Gulliver company. Gulliver is a toy company from Brazil that has done a wide range of toys in Superhero action figures. they also did figure sets that were based on other companies’ figures notable Atlantic. Next, Erwin Sell sends me information that the company is alive and redoing its Atlantic western sets.

Here is Erwin’s information: There is good news about the Brazilian company Gulliver.
Gulliver company file bankruptcy in 2017 as I stated in the previews post. They filed for bankruptcy in 2017, but according to a recent update, this means they are paying their debtors one at a time. They didn’t stop their production of toys. On the contrary, they are still operational in order to get out of the financial crisis they were in. The line of toy soldiers /plastic figure was retained temporary and they restart recently
Gulliver as we know produced/copied most Atlantic western sets and a few modern soldiers from the Atlantic with some poses variation. The western line was done in two scales (the so-called 30 mm that are 40 mm in height and the “1/32” that in reality are almost 60 mm or 1/30 and just with minor smaller variation versus former Atlantic same figures as I show in previews post.
Gulliver and under former previews name CASABLANCA also clone several Spaniard brands such Reamsa and PH as well some of Elastolin western line but those molds are not being produced or recast now

I had contacted him and he informed me these are the 1/30 scale or in his own words(2.6 inches (6.5 cm) tall) line.
The colors run are very good I think.

Final Thoughts
I am glad that these figures are returning to the market. With the prices of Atlantic going through the roof this way to get these figures at reasonable prices. I have ordered a set which will be in next week! The wagon, teepee, and cavalry tent are not Atlantic copies.

Also there for sale the cloned former TM-PP US brand Viet Nam era Gi’s, canon, and tanks as well planes with all new large plastic tents.
i just saw those on ebay within the last few weeks or so. they have sets with painted figures that look very nice.
unfortunately, their prices have shot up quickly. the large fort with painted figures was $99, but quickly sold out. now the small fort is $114.

My name is Andre and I am the one listing these items on Ebay. The reason the prices went up for all the forts was because I only started selling these recently, so I had to have a couple of sales before I knew the exact shipping cost from Brazil to the US (I ship with Fedex).
Unfortunately, the shipping cost was higher than I had anticipated because of the large size of the set box. This is why all fort sets went up in price – an average of $15 per set, ok?
Welcome, I am sure people will understand on the price change as it is hard to figure prices on some items.
I saw these on Amazon recently. I was going to ask you guys if these were the larger or smaller figures. I don’t have any use for the 30mm figures, but still need a couple of 1/32 Mounted Cavalry and Sioux Warriors/Camp to “complete” my Atlantic collection.
Any information would be appreciated.
as stated above these are the “1/32” version clones of Atlantic but in reality are 60 mm as indicated by seller Andre to me.
That made them 1/30 scale range approx .Maybe will be more sets in future but so far these are what he carry and will have more in stock .
I did a post long ago comparing two same sets ,one Atlantic and one Gulliver so the slight difference could be see here.
They are from 57 to 58 mm overall.

The free shipping offered international shipping may had be the killer x seller as is costly send the large case .The price incrase may had been do to it as he did not realize the cost well first .Also demand from collectors as Gulliver is very prized by Brazilian collectors .
Lets reissue Atlantics Egyptians and ancient Greeks!!!
The Atlantic mods were shipped to Iraq and were destroyed.
Gulliver never copy those sets.
Atlantic molds were destroyed.
Their (Gulliver ) set mold copy of Atlantic German set poses was made with 3 variation poses ,the best is the new marching pose .The mold may be put to production and could be a good sale if not too crazy priced .
