I went early to show (this a market people are out with flashlights) The market has inside dealers and outside dealers. I wanted just the outside dealers. As I arrived, I could see the tables were nearly filled. I walked around and found a few items. One of the items I found was these two Marx 60mm Mechanics, These figures were in the early 50s’ service station playsets. Another dealer surprised me with Timpo, Britains, and Cherlia figures. His prices were at the market, but I got a couple of figures for a friend from him. The dealer was surprised that I did not like the Cherilea swoppet knights. I honestly do not like any of the Cherilea swoppet do their size.
After walking around for two hours I headed for home.
George Albany’s Tank
Barclay or Manoil Tank. George Albany was the purchase of the tank and he repainted in colors correct the tank. George said the following: Color scheme is probably accurate but the US star on the front of the hull and flag on the rear of the turret is not. But, hey, it’s a toy, right?
George also has the following request. Do you have, and would like to sell, or know where I could pick up, a Spanish fighting bull in 54mm? A while back, I got a nice Reamsa matador who needs a coat of paint and a bull to fight.

some of those are from Europe, so double-check the shipping because of covid-19.
Schleich makes some, but they would be out of scale for 54mm.
I hope I am not be the only reader who was appalled by the appeal for a bull to complement a matador figure. Of course these are only models, but we should keep in mind what they depict, and ask if animal cruelty is really something we want to glorify.
