Timmee Galaxy Laser Team

Once again the people at Boing Boing have found a great article plastic figures. This time the article is on Timmee Galaxy Laser Team figures. The figures were done in 1978. The figures were done in a larger size in 1979. The figures were done to cash in on the Star Wars craze.  The figures have been reissued by Timmee Toys  in two colors black and gray. The original figures were done in black, white, green and pink.  The article has some interesting facts that both the turtle creature and robot were redone. Also the figures were used in a comic strip in Argentina.

The reissue set  contains  48 figures and two space ships for $11.50.  There are several places selling the new figures including Amazon.

Another interesting piece of information is the figure of the turtle creature was copied  to be used as  cereal premium called Screaming Zonkers. You can see information  here

    Hi Stad,

Just wanted to give you a Tim Mee update. The Tim Mee cavemen and the 15 inch tall Battle Mountain have been reissued. We also obtained a large lot of NOS Tim Mee military vehicles from the last production run of Processed Plastic before they were sold. The lot included the modern armored scout cars, Patton tanks, and the larger scale Army Jeep. They’re available on Amazon and our webstore, and some items are also available wholesale in case quantities.

Glad you made it through the storm OK, we only had a few branches down that luckily just missed the car.

    Thanks for the post,
    Jeff (VictoryBuy)
