We have gotten this update from Erwin on the OWN Figures he will be carrying.
The OWN COMPANY figures consisted so far of 4 sets (Chinese nationalist army set 1(with 8 different poses) and set 2 with 4 different poses. The Japanese soldiers erroneous considered for the BOXER rebellion are by uniform and back pack/others belong to the (FIRST SINO JAPANSE WAR 1894-1895) and they are in 8 poses too. Last set number 4 is the Chinese soldiers/warriors lot (The soldiers dressed in traditional Chinese uniforms, carried an assortment of weapons. Many carried old Austrian muskets, Martinis ,Mausers and Enfields rifles but often with incorrect ammunition. Others were armed with ancient weapons, mainly bows and arrows and long spears; once again no for the Boxer rebellion but made for the same (SINO JAPANSE WAR)1894-1895.Any ways they could be used for the boxer rebellion and other China conflict of the late XIX century and early XX century as well. The Japanese if painted with era uniform color and collars could be used for the same era/conflicts and RUSSO JAPANESE WAR too. In total they are 28 different poses (almost all plug in arms/weapons) in all 4 sets. Every set will have 16 figures with double poses (no on set # 2 –CAN 2) THAT WILL HAVE 16 FIGURES IN ONLY 8 POSES.Other period /armies will be done in the future too.(Japanese soldiers for the second(SINO JAPANESE WAR 1937-1945)Based on factory test shot information and samples.
and communist regular army plus militia for the same period.
Good news just hope they are using a material that gives the figures a better formed weapon that what I have seen in the pictures so far.For some of the prices I’ve heard about I’m not going to be buying them if they still have the corkscrew weapons,I know that you can sometimes get a bit of a bend in the rifle/spear/whatever on a plastic figure but the pictures I’ve seen of OWN figures it’s just way too much.
When does the Own Company plan on posting these for sale, either on ebay or anywhere else? What is at least the approximate time frame?

I have no idea. I believe Erwin is waiting for his OWN figures to come in. As soon as we know we will be happy to let you know. The figures will be sold on EBay.
