Peter Evans January Finds

Our very good friend Peter Evans has come with two great finds this month. Civilian figures in 1/35 scale that can be adapted to other scenarios. What’s more the figures are well detailed and as far as I can see they are original production.

pej01The first set of figures go with a dinosaur park set. The set contains dinosaurs, a not in scale truck, signs and four figures. The figures have one female and three male figures.  The dinosaurs are nicely done as well.

You will notice that two of the figures have holsters.

The second set is from a zoo set. Once again we have four figures of which one is female. One figure has a camera and another figure has binoculars. As I mention earlier these figures could be used in other scenarios such jungle  or World War Two.

It great to see that new figures are being done and not another copy of Airfix.  We thank Peter for sharing his finds with us.

The tan set reminds me of those 3D printed figures. I would not be surprised if some sort of “real” photo/model method was used in production. The green set fits a more traditional look about them. Toy company, what type of outlet sold at, Euro (Mr Evans), ?

Cowboy hat figure and figure next to him would be good for SE Asia/Rhodesia helo pilots.Binocular holder couldn’t look more Afrika Korps!!Could you post a picture with figures standing with another figure from a TSSD or Conte or some other well known company for a size comparison?

States 1/35, (about 2-2 1/4 inch) if so, could work at best with old 1/32 Marx-ish, but why out of scale with any of the ones you mentioned.
