More New Plastic Figures

It seems that since we reported on the new plastic figures from Russia, a minor flood of news on new plastic figures has been coming out. First, CTS has shown pictures of their next figure set; WWII German medical team. The set  will have a stretcher party team, German soldier carrying a folded stretcher, dead figure, possible prisoner, kneeling medic and a laying wounded. These will be the first medical figures since the Timpo German stretcher party was done in soft plastic nearly 40 years ago. They will be a welcome addition to your WWII battle scene.

Paragon, who has been doing a series of  Cavalry and Apache figures is talking on do other figures. On their web site, Paragon said they are doing in the future American Civil War, Alamo and War II. Paragon has not given anymore specifics. Right now they have not given any specific so we will have to wait and see when these figures are planned for. Right now their cavalry and Apaches are plotted to come out through May 2013.

Finally those who are going to the Indy Show next month, Barzso Collectibles will be previewing their  eight Colonial milita men and eight British grenadiers for their next playset.  The playset will out in September at the OTS show.

If Paul is unable to post pictures of the new CTS German Army casualty set, you can find a nice photo of the whole set on the TSSD website (Toy Soldiers of San Diego) under their New Products/Coming Attractions section. For some reason, the CTS website doesn’t have it (at least as of last night).
