Greg Liska’s Hessian Conversions

Greg Liska's Hessian Conversions

Greg Liska’s Hessian Conversions, our very good friend Greg Liska is at it again. This time with conversions  of the Ideal Mexican Officer.  Here is what he had to say about these figures.

These were formerly the Ideal shako hat wearing officer pose. I just couldn’t leave them laying around, but I didn’t need more officers. The heads are All The King’s Men metals castings, the cartridge box and rifle are from MPC ring hand accessories and some of the straps are rubber bands. I wish I had better rifles, but these are truly Schrottsoldaten(scrap soldiers) made from leftovers.

I think they look great let us know your feelings.

As usual a nice job. Great use of the accessories and once again, provided fodder for others to use in our own projects. I always appreciate when you “Master Frankenstein Juniors” share your stuff; I always get a wealth of new ideas to play with.

I really should be making more money for a plastic surgeon. Thanks, Wayne.

We have a huge supply of muskets with or without bayonet. Contact Mike if you want some. I think they are like 30 cents each.
