Some Treasures from Plastic Warrior & Elsewhere

Some Treasures from Plastic Warrior & Elsewhere, I got a chance to film some of the items from my trip. One thing I will say about Plastic Warrior unless you are very picky you will find treasure to put in your collection.

Some Treasures from Plastic Warrior

Some Treasures from Plastic Pirate
I will start with elsewhere. This piece was purchased at the Toy Project. I liked the pose as it was so different. I can’t wait to find out where he belongs.
Some Treasures from Plastic Crio
The figure on the left is a Britains farm figure I got at the Toy Project. The middle figure is from JSB I believe and was given to me by Andress Dittmann. The figure on the right is by Crio.
Some Treasures from Plastic pioneers
sorry this photo is a little dark. Marx did the Boonesborough figure in yellow in the UK.
Some Treasures from Plastic Kvalitel
My very good friend Detlef Heerbrand gave me these two figures . They are from a company in Hungry called Kvalitel. They are hard plastic. I hope to learn more about this company.
timpo knight
Timpo figures were in abundance and at reasonable prices. I will be putting a number of pieces up in the coming days.
Some Treasures from Plastic atlantic
A friend brought some Atlantic Western which I trade with him. He tells me that Atlantic Western is getting harder to find. I did find some at the show including possible copies from Hungry minus the arrows. This figure will be up on Ebay at a high price. I will be showing more items soon.

Status Report

I am feeling fine. It has been one year since the accident. I had a handrail put on the section of the basement steps that had none. This has allowed me to return the business back to the basement. The next thing in my life is a prostrate procedure. I held it off for a few months so I could do Plastic Warrior. Right now, I am working on cleaning the house.

Love the pictures; the cowboy being dragged was always one of my favorite Atlantic figures – after being dragged some distance by my parachute by deadly winds in 1982 he has a special meaning to me. LOL.

Thanks for sharing the pics – it is so good to see you “back in action” and on the mend.

    Howdee from Tejas–
Yes, great finds for sure! Glad to see new posts here. Glad to see Paul looking so good.
I have been wondering– is IMEX still in business? The company’s 54 mm Civil War sets were well-sculpted and fun to paint. There were also lots of 1/72 scale sets that I wish had been issued in 1/32 (Chuckwagon and Conestoga wagon).
Anyhow–if the company is defunct– maybe with crowdfunding Jay Imel might be able to purchase the molds. Just an idea.
–Gotta go. Just got a despatch from Gen’l Sam!
