The building is hard plastic with a thatched roof. It measures 10.75 x 10.875 x 6.5. It matches up well with the hacienda of BMC’S San Juan Hill. The lookout tower measures about 8 inches tall. The finish is realistic wood. I have added a couple of Marx figures for comparison. The fencing is similar to Marx but only has three rails.
Here are some of the best 54-60mm western horses by New Ray you will ever find. Seems they were $8-$10 for a set of four. These are not the same horses in their western packaged play sets. The minotaur, Neptune, and mermaid 54mm figures are from one of the tubes you can buy at Hobby Lobby.
I found a Safari Playhouse set on Ebay which I won for $10 and as soon as the auction was over got an email from Seller saying it was “Out of Stock” which really jacked my jaws,Wish I could have left a feedback.

I am very against EBay’s idea of you start your auctions for $1.00 it will get you more bids. I disagree and set my auctions at a fair opening price.
