German Toy Exhibit Show Herne Germany, our very good friend Markus Lecksheid sent us information. His city Herne reopened the Strünkede Castle with a toy exhibit. They also had a flea market with toys.

German Toy Exhibit Show car — The Emschertal Museum at the Strünkede Castle has a Toy Worlds exhibit. Put together by Doctor Peter Weber the exhibit has dolls, tin toys, model ships, etc. You can see more information on the exhibit here.

Flea Market

Flea market l — A small flea market was added with the show for the opening weekend. It had some of the familiar faces in our hobby. This table had Figuren magazines, Elastolin reference books, and figures.

German Toy Exhibit Show boxes — Another table had boxes of 1/72 scale figures which are popular in Germany

German Toy Exhibit Sho — Our very good friend Peter Bergner had some of his famous junk boxes. the box in the lower right has Crescent Indians

German Toy Exhibit Show junk boxes one — The box to the right has Italian western figures.

German Toy Exhibit Show dom — Either two Elastolin or Eko castles with a box of knights to sort through on the left.

German Toy Exhibit Show coboy box — The box to the right of the castles a load of Jean Hoeffler western figures.

German Toy Exhibit Show knights galore — A plethora of knights including Timpo solids, Jean Hoefler, and Franch knights.

German Toy Exhibit Show miscellnous — A box of animals and dinosaurs. to look through.

German Toy Exhibit Show box of figures — A box of Jim of France Disney figures came in various sizes. These are the large figures. My favorite is Uncle Scrooge, which you can see on the left. He is holding his lucky dime.

German Toy Exhibit Show figures 4 — This table has Starlux figures including circus figures. Also on the table are stuffed animals.

German Toy Exhibit Show army — Our final shot shows some composition figures. the success of this small show is just a prelude to the German Plastic Show that is coming next month. One other thing they have a nice medical festival in the fall.
