More New Figure News Mars Toys Panzer, you would think we would have no more figure news. Guess again, first, Mars Toy has German Tankers in the future. Next, we have from Rahway and Mike Predergast new figures from Warhansa. I get another Christmas tradition done.
More New Figure News Mars Toys Panzer Figures

The next figures are two figure set.
3. Man wounded to be carried
4. Soldier carrying a wounded man has a pistol in his left hand.
5. Kneeling firing pistol.
6.Soldier loading a Schmeiser.
7.Twisting to the left firing a Schmeiser.
8. walking look to left with a pistol in his right hand.
My only comment, for now, is I do not like a couple of the faces. will you be adding these figures to your German forces?
Warhansa New Figures
Mike Predergast is showing over on his web site two future releases from Warhansa. The first is the Russian Revolution of 1917. the set will have five different figures.
They are as follows.
- Advancing with a rifle across the waist
- Standing firing a rifle
- Flagbearer
- Female soldier with a pistol in the right hand.
- Kneeling firing a rifle
The other figure is a hero figure which is hold in a sword in one hand and a book in the other hand.
Another Christmas Tradition
I used to take my parents to a closeout auction. At Christmas time the auction would sell fruit cakes, which we would buy. I have continued that tradition by one at one of my local supermarkets. Not everyone likes fruit cakes, Laurie being an example. She hates fruit cakes because her mother loaded them with liquor which we didn’t. Also, she does not some of the ingredients.
Intersting in panzer crew with good poses…
I see too many MP 40s .It was generally one issue per crew with exception of Tiger crews.
Rest is ok to me..
They can be used as panzer grenadier halftrack troopers(Schützen/Panzergrenadier )
Might have looked better with the early Black Berets.
I agree partially .I also want the early type crews with berets but i understan as the beret was used only till early 1940 there far less use to them ,so because most of the war they used the other cap/hats Mars did what more logic convenient.
With Beret could only be used in Poland campaign and in the Scandinavian campaigns that Germans did not use panzer divisions.
Still I’m hoping they will cover Polish and early germans as well eventually.

Could a Company PLEASE do 54MM 1939 Polish Army and 1940 Dutch Army figures eh.
And Belgium ,Norwegian ,Greeks and early British army as well.
Every one focus in 1942/43 and forward .It is really sad no one could cover it ,is like is a taboo do it because were the years when many allied/no allied armies suffer defeat ,but still is history .
And 1942″Bataan” US Figures
No one has done correct French troops from 1940 in 1/32.
Plastic Platoon did 3-4 figures of Greek soldiers in their Crete campaign sets.

There few French maker that did the French ww2 in several set but very hard find as not imported here and plastic very fragile with hard to get in good condition.
Marx 54 mm French are simple well done WW2 French soldier ,with even correct LSMG(MAS-38) copied that was a very rare limited weapon ,but only 6 poses per set .
In regard to Greeks I guess we are talking about “toy ‘ soldiers ,unfortunately PP are mini sculpture in plastic with super high price ,so most collectors are wanted of economical standard toy soldiers .Not gastronomical insane price per figure that won’t let anyone build even small army unless want spend a fortune.
Beside PP only did 3 poses of Greek soldiers ,included one officer and two soldiers both firing or pointing up rifles as against paratrooper because were made x Crete campaign specifically ,so very type poses moment action and only 3 .
Both Dutch and Greek 1940/41 armies fought brave and large battles ,while Dutch were defeat quickly .Greece manage push back the Italian armies in defeat x months till overcome by Germans .Then push down to Crete were they fought again hard and then transfer to Africa theater were most by them were supplied with British uniform/gear and fought under a British army command .
The Yugoslavian army and consequent Titito’s army also been neglected with exception of EB set ..
Because Mars covered many sets in HO chances are they could do many of these …

Some useful poses, I’m “behind” on my Mars sets – been a lot going on in 1/72 scale Napoleonics and ACW, which are my primary focus the past few years – but I really want to get these figures first chance I get. First, I really need to re-organize my storage – I can’t get to anything right now.
MARS is the great savior for 1:32 WWII, we should be grateful!
I hope Mars keeps filling more of those WWII gaps like Polish Inf, French Inf, Romanian Inf, Indian Inf and Canadian Inf in Mk III helmets.

As far they become better detailed and mold finish get better i wish same .What stop me buying many of Mars sets is the bad poor quality of many early sets with overage plastic excess ,poor blur detail and not good detail in many weapons . The advertise color painted figures cover up all this .Regarding the amount sets ,variety and diversity poses the Mars sets are great or better than older Airfix ,of course Airfix were made in the beginning of model toy soldier mentality ,these are way after .

Really neat figures, but one comment what is up with MARS doing so many head turned poses? I love the MARS figures! Keep them coming and add Hungarians and Rumanians please. Poles and French welcome too. Pegasus has nice !/72 WWI and WWII French. They should upscale to 54mm.
