December Plastic Figure Showcase Expeditionary force

December Plastic Figure Showcase, we will catch up with some updates from Rahway and Peter Evans. I will give a report on the final two toy shows of the year for me.

As I mention in the comments, I did not get the final part from Expeditionary Force showing their final note on their Imperial Guard.

PS: the Imperial Guard sets can be assembled into 3 periods:-
One pose
These models are designed to be slightly taller than the average soldiers in our range.
Also attached is a short note on how to handle our plastic models.
Also, the Expeditionary Force gave how to handle our plastic models

Hilco Australians

Lone Star Australian
In our December Figures Odds Ends, I showed the Hilco Australian charging. At the time I did not know how many figures were in the series. Peter Evans has given us the answer. Hilco did three different poses: charging, stabbing and standing firing submachine gun. All three poses are copies of the Timpo 8th army. Interestingly, the figures were sold in a box with a pack mule.

Toy Show Report

I did two more toy shows for the year. The first was at Merchants Square Mall in the south of Allentown. I got there just before the doors open. Getting into the room, I could see all the tables were occupied. This is a show that is hit and miss on plastic. This year there was less plastic. I found a Britains’ Kubelwagon missing machine gun and gunner. Another dealer had Durham German Trooper carrier amongst Force of Valor vehicles. There were a few plastics dealers but they had nothing I could use.

On Sunday, Laurie and I went to the Maryland Toy show. Besides the toys, they have a flea market on Sunday. We had never been to the flea market, so we went. Sadly, when we got there it was a dud. Many of the toy dealers had left replaced by flea market people. I found a few items, which I will show in future posts. Still, it was a disappointment
