Don Perkins let me know that the new Chintoys Italian & Spanish Renaissance sets are now out — one in blue, the other in red. They are available from Scott’s Model Shop in California (ebay ID is “rebel alpha”) — for $18.95 each. Scott will combine postage when you order more than one item. We have talked about Scott in the past and his prices are among the best
Sears Closing
We received news tonight that our local Sears store is closing. Sales will be starting on December 2. I have been expecting it for some time. I remember going to them when they were in Allentown. ( The present store is in a mall.) I would look at all the Marx playset display boards and dream. We have been using them for our car repair and inspection and will have to look for another place. They will be missed
