Hippie with a Flower

Here is another unusual figure I picked up at a show. I call it a hippie with a flower.   He is 3 inches tall. There are no markings I can see on the figure. I did see a different pose of the figure at the show but pass on him.

    Ha,ha. Hey, he’s cool. His one hand should have been giving the peace sign though, lol.
    Then he would definitely say to me peace & love, and happiness. Is he articulated at the waist as well Paul ?

    I have a hard plastic pose of a hippy type taking a wiz. Anyone know anything about this?
