This is a picture of variants that were made mostly with pieces from the Merten archer on the paint bottle. Some are finished figures while others are still in the construction phase.
The mounted figures at the back of the photo represent a few of the major French nobles at Crecy. The king of France is a Starlux figure that I have had in my collection since 1963. (it has been repainted at least 3 times) The figure with the banner is Merten & represents the sacred French Oriflamme.
