The people at Engineer Bassevitch keep coming up with great figures. Set Five contains eleven different Russian soldiers 1938. The poses are well detailed. If you interested in these figures our friend Denitz from Russia will have them.
We thank our friends from the French Plastic forum for letting us show these figures.
Do they represent different branches of the military? Looks like a Tank crewman in there and possibly a pilot. What kind of helmet is the standing firing pistol wearing?
Would say he’s either a Tank crewman or a Motorcycle Dispatch rider.Wish Basssevitch would start doing some Opfors for the Russians ie-Finns,Germans,Japanese and other 1930-40’s figures of other countries, would also like to see them doing “Modern Day” 1960-Present day figures of various countries.
Brian. I agree. Bassevich seems to be really focused on Russian history. Either Bassevich or PVLBS did do Indians and Pirates, so maybe? I have a feeling that they will be focusing on WW2 Red Army.
Tom
Pvblivs did the Indians and pirates.
If the guy is smart enough to make figures, you’d think he would be smart enough to line them up in the photo so you can !@#$%^ SEE THEM??!!
And who in their right mind want’s to send money to Russia?
Why can’t one of the major trusted toy soldier dealers in North America carry them?
I LOVE THEM and I WANT THEM, but……….????
Christian
I put two of the pictures that were put by the French Plastic Forum.
I have order from Russia in past with no problem. There several parties that are very reliable from Russia and you can use PayPal. The dealers in the United States are aware of these figures you would have to ask them why they do not carry them. The only dealer I know that has a set id Marxman at $35.00.
Our friend Brian Johnson has passed this link for more information on this set
