Russian figures Latest

I talked to my European who has ordered the russian figures and he still has not gotten. He has sent messages with no reponse.   My friend says this is typical of dealing in Russia. Once he gets them he will let me know.  Anyone going to OTS should look and see if any dealer has them and let us know as we will not be there as we have other commitments.
