   Original figure above designed made by (Jem)-France.
   Sold under License by Norev-from France as I mention before in other post from Danny.
   The figure in picture is definitely of that sold under Norev from direct Jem mold made.
   I think series consist of 5 foot poses included NAPOLEON and one generic Marshal with out name. Some mounted poses were done too I guess.
   Sold in cardboard case with set of 2 to 3 figures approx. plus few accessories .
   As part of Ist Empire series sold by Norev.
   The foot poses consist of The Emperor, Le Maréchal Aide de Camps-generic, one Grenadier, Voltigeur and one Cuirassier à Cheval all in marching poses.

   Same figures apparently were copied(poses) by other brand with minor pose variation and as different color painted to represent different regiments/troops and general, minus Napoleon.

   Thanks .I saw these initially in Casablanca in late 50s . Along with ‘Musketeer/17th Century figures in a carriage and cavalier set . Never seen before or since.

   You are very right and lucky have these too I may said.
   According to my last research indeed Lorev apperantly got licenses to sale then in 1954 or 1956 approx.
   Others figures you saw could had been from Jem as well too as well.
   Not easy to see around,least here in US as far I know.
   ADMIN may correct me in last statement .
   I do have few original Jem but not under Norev.
   I think Norev sold then to museum or turist stores too.

   Erwin, this one is RF (René Fisher), the base is green (JEM bases are cream).
