This past weekend I went to a store called Party City. Party City is a chain of stores that catered to holidays and parties. I want to see what they might have in figures. The only figures I found worthwhile were the above pirates. I seen these figure poses before but bigger. These figures are 2 1/4 inches high. They had only three different poses that I could see. I got a set for myself and a set for a friend in Europe. I will check this store every so often.

I did carry and sold then before, they are 8 poses total, another set came after. I will send pictures soon. Party city only carry this from past 6 years so far.I did retail supply for them from 2004-2008.
These type of loose figures usually is distributed by US TOYS under (novelty) figures generic product .Either sold by dozen in assortment poses loose or packs. Same for aliens, knights others. Scale most time close to 60 mm ,hard rubber type material.
