I have been checking on OTSN to see how things are going. The show has had a new problem this year effecting attendance, a fire at the FAA Radar Facility. This has effected air traffic for both O’Hare and Midway Airports. This problem has caused a major ripple through out the air traffic network. People are finding their flights cancelled or delayed . One person on the Treefrog forum not only had his flight cancelled but his room was not available until tomorrow as the room is still occupied!
The biggest question is if the Vietnam War figures by John Stengel Jr. were at the show for sale. The answer is sadly no. John has been having delays in production. Our source said he saw that John has prototypes of three Vietnam Cong and a regular North Vietnamese army figures. Stengel also had on display of several other figures that he has planned. I will get information tomorrow.
Weston is in with Replicant figures and also has the Own figures. Room trading has been a little slower. This could be due to the fact people not in yet.
