Zolocon 2026 Friends Action Figures My Report

Zolocon is one of the premier toy shows on the East Coast. It is now held at the Valley Forge Casino. I got early rights as I wanted to get in at a decent hour. Even with early rights, it took me 45 minutes to get into the show! I had a pleasant talk with a couple who were bringing in toys to be graded. Once in the show, I went to look for my friends.

The first person I went looking for was Mark McDermott. I have known Mark for over 50 years. He has been dealing with health issues that have required him to forego shows. Mark was able to set up at the show, which you can see his booth here. We sat and talked about the days. Sales were good for him.

Next to him was another group of friends, Mare and Chris Lamont. I have known them for years and get to see them only at shows. From there, I went to see the show. If you are into character or action figures, this is your show. The show goes from vintage to new items. There were several companies with new products—one of the companies that people might find of interest isChicken Fried Toys. They have a line called Dime Novel Legends. The figures are 3-inch “Star Wars” size. The company does two Alamo Mexicans and a Texas Ranger Alamo.

I did see two Marx playsets. First, a Flinstone playset out of the box for $150.00, and an American Heritage Fort Apache Playset. I picked upa few small items for my Japanese anime collection.

Finding My Final Friend

After walking around, I took a break. I saw the wife of the couple that I had talked to while in line. I asked how they did with the toys that they had brought for grading. She said it went well and they would get them back in four months. After talking to her, the final person I wanted to see showed up, Daniel Roebuck.

Daniel Roebuck is an actor who has been in movies like The Fugitive and television shows such as Matlock. He has also produced movies, the latest one being The Hail Mary. Dan was in the area to promote the movie, but took time out to do so

I gave him my Jackie Gleason figures that I had done to go with his two life-size wax figures, Ralph Kramden and Eddie Norton, which he had recently added to his collection. after seeing him, I left the show.
