Les White has Passed Away

Andy Keliar has informed me that Les White has passed away. Laurie and I first met Les at a Plastic Warrior show. Les showed us some of his conversions which I picked for the list. They sold very well. Les has been doing a series of articles on police conversions in Plastic Warrior Magazine. He also did a few articles for us a few years ago. Les was a fun person and will be missed.

March Odds Ends Figures Midwest Toy Soldier Show Postponed

Sadly, the Midwest Toy Soldier Show has been postponed. It is just one more victim of the Coronavirus. As I write my state has shut down all non-essential businesses for two weeks. I got out and did some shopping at two places.

On the grocery shopping, I have been able to get a few more water bottles since yesterday. I will try to get a few more bottles tomorrow and get some packages out. It is amazing how the stores have been hit. I have not seen any of the lines stated elsewhere. Stay safe.

On a happier note, from “The Old Guys Club”, I connected with Larry Patterson today who reported “I’m doin’ pretty darn good!” The Pattersons also have a full freezer to entertain frequent visitors. He’s one tough old Leatherneck and a real good guy!!
