Plastic Figure Showcase Finds space
As said in my previous post one of the places I love to stop at is Tom Black’s table. He always comes with interesting figures. Here are two examples. The figure on the right I have before. The figure on the left goes with the series. Sadly, I have forgotten who made these figures. I will keep a lookout for this series.
The other item I got from Tom was this figure in cellophane. It looks like a spaceman. I have no idea who made it.

Other Finds

Plastic Figure Showcase Finds Gas station
One of the items I picked up at the show was this lot of Marx station accessories. the dealer said to me “You know they are discolored?” I replied, “I know but I have people who want them. My last set went to South America.” It brought to mind a friend told me years ago. Ted Hake of Hake Auctions was looking at a lunch box a friend had for sale but passed. Twenty minutes later Ted came back and bought the lunch box. He said to my friend, “My people said I have to have it.” I sold the gas station accessories in 24 hours.
Plastic Figure Showcase Finds Cameraman
One of the explorers I purchased was the explorer with a movie camera. I had gotten the IGY Playset as a child and played with it. Funny thing I never mixed any army, aliens, or monsters with it.
Plastic Figure Showcase Findssusy Goose
I have shown this figure before. It is the grocery clerk from the Susy Goose supermarket. The figure is an upscale copy of the Johillco clerk. It is interesting how these figures pop up here and there.

Trash Can Warriors I think was the name. They came in ‘trash bags’.
