Markus’ Cofalu Figure Sets Figure Boxes
Cofalu started in 1947 but did do plastic figures until 1964. they did a wide range of figures which we will be showcasing in this article. The first set is a military set with figures, vehicles etc.
Here have a better look at the set after Markus took the lid off. The top tier we have Foreign Legion figures with an armor car. Middle tier has a tent, oversize cannon and helmet soldier. Lower tier has Cofalu sailors with a truck an one helmet soldier. The truck looks similar to the Processed Plastic Truck. As tot he cannon I believe it is a firing cannon.
Markus next Cofalu set is Musketeers. The set has three musket fighting over a stagecoach. Cofalu used their western stagecoach.
From another side we see two more musketeers. Markus said the these figures are hard to find without broken swords.
Markus’ third Cofalu set is a Napoleonic Set. We have here Napoleon and several cannons.

The final Cofalu set is a one of their knight sets. This is one of smaller sets with figures foot and mounted.

Two other items from Markus, the first one is a bag set of Cherilea swoppet modern British. The price on Markus believes it is in Belgian Francs of the 70’s. He figures the price for the bag around $.75
Our final photo from Markus is two different firemen. The fireman on the left is carrying a victim. The fireman on the right is in a hot suit.

Recently i acquire the rare french truck x my indochina war scenes .It is the rare B Gazzele-Berliet GBC 8 KT truck developed in the 50s .The truck is the hardest to find off with cofalu toys and nice 1/32/30 scale .So the rare AMX tank nice done too that i only got one .
But i think Cofalu used already made by other brands equipment and vehicles.they were sold under other brands .FERAL,Falk among others and in fact are easy to find under those brands rather than in COFALU packing .
Regarding the Deuce M35 truck
The other truck is not from PP- TM deuce mold but rather PB politoy mold from italy that produced and exported in europe x other makers companies it along other copies ,not cloned brands vehicles .It was sold by Comansi produced x commision as well other copies of TM,MARX and others.
They differ in some parts as well additional connectors to attach machine gun ,radars from PP original version mold .Sold under Novelina series by Comansi as well
I have samples of then in pack and off to show differences if like .
Comansi end having the molds owned as off 1980s
SHAMBERS S.A.from Valencia is THE one that had the legal rights with two main US brands.TM and PMC.
Shambers associate with TM and did manufacture TM toys in all their mold or most,they had doubles molds from TM or direct copied then exact till late 70s and 80s all TM armored in all scale.
The molds all are still in Spain intact ,included the M35 truck molds in undisclosed location ownership .
Comansi other variation alike but not cloned of PP-TM vehicles,tank,jeep else are also in Comansi ownership and when i did business importing Comansi receive Few samples and catalog.They are definitely not same as PP-TM but very similar and are the same used by Cofalu.The main difference shows once you remove canopy and bellow platform with big differences .
The COMANSI variation TM m60 tanks was done with a friction close floor bellow,same in jeep in later models as well .
The Politoy,then Comansi deuce copies were sold in various variation .
With canopy.without carrying a swivel system AA cannon or twin canon,radar and radio radar and other with missiles.
In 2018 Victory Buy owner was in process of “crowdfunding” the idea of making a new mold replica of the original PP-TM truck according to his blog link .

But base in the sale of these vintage original PP trucks that had devalued recently from 15 -30.00 max easy in good condition off ebay and still at large i do not know how profitable this could be .
