Some of the poses are as follows
- Firing bow slightly bent
- Ready to throw spear holding two more spears in left hand
- with axe and knife
- Standard in left hand axe in right hand
- Standing with mace or club in left hand cane in right hand

I like how Igor comes up with interesting poses such as this one with axe and knife. 
One of the two shield poses notice dagger on his back.

Igor has done photos of the backs of figures. Someone complain of not seeing the backs of the figures so now they can. You can the work that goes into the figures.

Really you never know what he is going to do next.
My observations.
Pro- great action pose set,this time they made a lot action poses and because figures have a very generic clothing and armor weapons style they have plenty ancient use for many people/cultures.
Cons- of course the price…

It’s great getting two different archer poses.
I like add even in the not quite action poses it will be very easy to make then in to action by just adding a weapons and OR with hot/cold process rise the arms else ,the plastic used by EB is great x that.So this set got my 10(Been 10 max in best ) as best in diversity poses versus some previews were barely none or few are good x action and too many officer else poses.

Really nice figures once again from Engineer Basevich, You never know what this company is going to bring out next and correct me if i’m wrong but i dont think Hittites have ever been out in 1/32 scale before? Ive brought all the other EB Ancient figures that they have brought out and i love the detail poses and scale of all there figures and these i hope are no exception. If these figures are the same scale and price as the other Ancient figures i will buy a set. Does anyone know if these are the same scale and price of the other Ancients or are there differences? I really hope that the next set they bring out are Ancient Egyptians, Or possibly Aztecs?

Same scale-approx as standard EB not 54mm scale but more close to 60 mm around.Same as those you had bought.
Same material and same price as most recently done sets from EB as well.
Direct sold from ebay russian sellers easy buy.
You are correct ,no one had done this ancient early peoples warriors in this scale plastic ,in metal there plenty.In HO plastic they had been done I think most recently by others.
EB did the aztecs alike other indian under Chintoy brand that is a maker from UK that uses direct artist and mold maker of EB.In other words same maker w two brands.
So i do not think they will repeat it again.
About other ancients sets we will have to wait .EB does sets in on off periods and with Chintoy line making continues is hard to say.

Starlux made a Sumerian standard bearer in plastic along with several other Ancients in their “Les Armees de L’Histoire” range, the designs were mostly taken from the Funken books. they are hard to find, even in France.

Is there two sets of figures here as it says Summerians & Hittites. They look brilliant we have bought two sets of each of every set they have done so far.
No there is only one set which contains the sumerians and Hittites
The set has more Hittites than typical Sumerian .
Very nice done buy can be use x any ,even as assyrian,babylonians or early sea people as well.
Starlux historical series is one generic single pose in static pose of ancient figure that was use painted as many others as well.
They did same with many in historical range series using one pose to represent many warriors,nations else.
No one had ever made plastic action figures in this scale to specifically represent these people/warriors culture before .EB did great with this set and hope they cover others.
They also did deep more updated research that is better than Osprey book that had been updated toO many times and full of errors.
Osprey books were nice for beginners but had fall off after historian and archeology had develop with help internet to put far more better info and pictures of more updated uniforms ,weapons else.
Last; the figures have a great use too x fantasy collector’s to be used as well generic .
I can use then to represent the cimmerian culture of Conan the barbarian .

I agree Erwin and i cant wait to see what EB comes out with next. Probably another Great surprise, I would love to see Ancient Egyptians, Mongols, Chinese, British/Celts?
