I’m looking for some Marx recast cavalry figures in Metallic Blue. I need 5 Long Coat Cavalry flag bearers and 3 Marx Civil War mounted Cavalry with Kepi with sword overhead. They don’t have to have horses.
Additionally, I’m looking for standing and kneeling recast confederate infantry and kneeling and standing firing frontiersmen in grey, powder blue or silver. None of these need to be perfect, but not destroyed, either.

That didn’t come out right; have to click on Marx. He has a lot of mounted re-cast Marx recasts.
I know CTS has them, but I’d need to buy 3 sets to get my needed amount of flag bearers. If I can get them all, or half, or even two this way, I’ll need to buy less and have less unused after. It’ll save a bit of money, too. I like the idea of finding use for toy soldiers just laying around out there.
Whoa! I took another look and found I can get them without horses for $8 a set. I can convert the pistol guys to have kepis to fill in for the sword-over-head guys. With postage; $30.I just might do this. I’ll decide by Sunday evening if there are no break-throughs by then. I just know somebody has loads of them siting around unused.

I assume you are talking original Marx here, since I do not beleive that these were reproduced is these colors.

Yes, the frontiersmen would have to be original. I can tolerate ends of weapons missing or a scuff here and there, but nothing like the entire head is missing, or limbs. Price would drive that, too. I won’t pay $5 for a beater.
In fact, they were not recast at all. Those poses are not included now.
OK, CTS wins again. Got 3 sets coming. Now….about the Confederate Infantry. Somebody must have some extras laying around.

I’m looking for Marx recasts. Ones that are possibly slated for the conversion block, but the owner has no time, or are slightly beat up. That kind of thing. Still could use those pioneer figures, too. I did manage one grey standing firing! Looks like he was from a Heritage Alamo set. Should arrive at my home tomorrow along with 5 more Fed arty guys in metallic blue and a mounted Confederate officer.
