Stan Lee Has Died

Stan Lee Has Died.  The co-creator of many of the Marvel Superheroes we grew up died today at  the age of 95. These heroes changed  comic books and  now are subjects of blockbuster movies.

Normally I don’t talk about the various people in the media who have died. I really have don’t know them personally. I only met Stan once at a comic book convention.  Stan was one of two insprations for Comment Time that was part of my paper lists.  He used a section in each of the comics called “Bullpen Bulletins”. Here he made the readers part of the experience which I did with Comment time and doing today.

All I can say the end of era. Rest Well Stan

Marvel comics were a massive part of my life when i was growing up, And i still read some from time to time even though i’m now a big and ageing kid. Along with toy soldiers these were my biggest source of entertainment. I also used to read Stans columns in the comics and i also watched hes Stan Lees Superhuman show which is very entertaining. I never met the man but i would like to have. Very sad to hear about the death of Stan the man Lee, A clever imaginative and inspiring and great man Rest In Peace Stan.

RIP.He left a great legacy.Benn from NY i feel proud most new yorkers like him are the main push in comic beginning .
Yet some consider Jack “King” Kirby and Joe Simon the true comic creators.

Kirby and Simon were creators. It has been argue for years on how much Stan did in the creation process. He put spin on the comics of making the characters more believable. That is his legacy and how he changed the view on comic books withthe real world.
