One of the figure I had as a child was the Timpo bandit on the left.  Because of his blue color showed through I called him Outlaw Blue. He was a major villian until got badly damaged and had to be thrown away.  When I started activily collecting he was on my list to reacquire.  I first got the figure on the left. He is alminum and I believe he is a Quiralu of France.  Later got the original and decided to keep both.

One of the enjoyments of attending Plastic Warrior Show was meeting Tony Kite of Cavendish Miniatures. Tony did a series of figures for the collector market.  One of the figures for the collector market was the English Bobby.  The Cavendish figure is on the left. Going through the collection I found the one on the right.  It might be later figure done in Hong Kong for Cavendish as claimed by another site. I will confirmation it is or not from one of the UK experts I trust.

  1. Hi Paul, Wendal were an English manufacturer that made aluminium figures, not French although they had a close association with Quiralu of France.
