Beton animal trainer represents something that is going away from the circus. I remember going with my father to circus and seeing an animal trainer like Clyde Beatty taking on lions and tigers. Gem Models did various fairy tale figures . This is Little Bo Peep and her sheep. Marx did a Bo Peep with one lamb. Gem Models  gave you four different lambs

In 1969 there was a TV series called The Outcasts. There was an episode “Give me tomorrow“, where a general is playing (16m 20s) with some soldiers, but I could not identify what they are. Some of you already watched this episode and can identify these items?

    The little boy on the base is one of a pair. A boy and a girl. They have magnets in the base and when put together the magnets push away and it makes them appear to dance
