These two figures  were in my Crescent box. Not sure if they were Crescent, I checked with Peter Evans.  Peter gave back with the answer they were from Gemodels and Cherilea.  the figure on the left is Gemodel Little Boy Blue that someone painted adifferent color. The Cherilea figure is a Welsh Woman. She was designed to go on souvenir calender’s, egg timers and pin cushions.

I was in Second & Charles a used book store chain. I  was waiting in checkout when I spotted a blind bag from Heroclix.  It was for some figures based on the Lone Ranger movie starring Johnny Depp.  I decide to purchase one to see what they looked like.

I expected to get a small figure. Instead I was surprised to find it was 65mm. The set has four different figures. The one in the above pictures is Butch Cavendish. The other three figures are Lone Ranger, Tonto and Red Harrington. She was the madam of the brothel. the figures are slightly cartoonish but interesting.

If you are looking for 54mm western figures to go with your Marx figures, I would recommend Replicants.  I have put up three examples  to show you what I mean.  The figure on the left from Apache group can be an Indian scout. Middle figure is a bartender carrying a keg.  The figure on right from  Replicants Bankrobbers and The Gunfighters could be used either way.

Steve Weston will be at the Chicago show next month so you could order figures to pick up. If you are not going you could have someone pick them up.  Check his web site and set the different offerings.

Plastic Figure Showcase Part 6 August 2017 Finally we have an Indian firing a bow. He is missing  his belt and I believe he is  from Hong Kong. We will see.

    Indian HK by Welo.
Copied from STAR TOYS verssion I post here before of Huron base but cloned off Herald Britains .
The distinction goes from base and less detail versus ST verssion.
    and BB early made.
    Best.

    The HERECLIX figure is intersting.
It should be 60 mm w out the pedestal.Too bad the huge head as would have many uses x me least.
    Best.

Yeah, the huge head makes the figure useless. Too bad, because he would have made a good outlaw leader.

I notice that the cartoony style is very popular for figures made for kids today.
