Junk Box Finds

One of my enjoyments is go through a junk box and finding items that I have never seen before. An example of this interest is the figures above that I found in a recent junk box.  The two figures are by Remco. The figures are dated 1982. From the design of the hats these figures could have been used as construction workers to go with Remco vehicles. Because  of the kneeling figure pose they could also have been used as military. The standing figure is three inches high.

The question is where they were used? I checked Ebay and did a search on Remco nothing came up. I tried a site that has figure identification lists and found that it did not have the figures. I was not surprised that they were not listed. There has been so many figures made world wide it is hard to have everything.

It was the first time I had seen them and I have seen a lot of figures over the years. My estimate is  10 million figures of over 50,000 plus poses.  It is an enjoyment to find new figures as it keeps the hunt exiciting.
