Bought my first sets today at Kmart. It took 8 packages to get one of everything they had. The prices were $4.99, $9.99, and $14.99.

      Lynn
Great to hear the Star Wars Figures are out.
On three prices you paid how many figures did you get in each pack? did the packs have any vehicles?

Paul, go on Amazon and type in Star Wars Command under toys and you can see each of the sets. The two large sets had 16 figures and vehicles. The medium set has 12 and the small sets 9. The vehicles are undersized and come with clear plastic pedestals for mounting. Also, there is a rolling stand the pedestals will attach to more like a game. Except for the excusive figures in each set, these aren’t anything to get too excited about. These figures don’t quite measure up to 54mm. The Battle Pack sets and accessories of a few years ago were outstanding. These are more like the Timmee space figures of the 70s. Still, a great new addition to the hobby.

Hasbro Star Wars Command. So far there 7 different sets with over 42 poses of humans, aliens/android and robots. No counting the spaceships and machines. In order to get all poses you need to buy all 7 sets even that some have same poses from others. Another 3 more sets of later movies series will be released after.
In a different toy (HALOS) series figures set in 52 mm scale all painted/semi articulated-non action figure type and very nice are being sold at target for a very low price (10 figures for $9.99).
Wal-Mart does not carry then as far I know.TRU does carry then at higher price.

Erwin, did you not read my post that I purchased 8 sets, all different?

  5. erwin says:

@lynn;yes I did .No need to buy the 8 ,the 7 different had them all, there is a different set pack selection done too on internet Kmart website versus the one sold by Kmart store and TRU or amazon,No need to go store either if purchase by internet all packs with free shipping to your house too and if use your Kmart/sears card you have a discount as well; that is why I posted. Thank you..

Not shown on the website are the following:

    Imperial Assault-Agent Kallus (exclusive)
    Sandtrooper Strike-Sandtrooper Commander (exclusive)
    Galactic Empire-Emperor Palpatine (exclusive)

The larger Epic Assault and Millenium Falcon sets on the website were not in my Kmart.

  7. lynn graves says:

Chewbacca and a different Darth Vader pose apparently only come in the Millenium Falcon set.

3 more set to be release later on, no all Kmart store will be supplied plus Kmart store are closing in many states, those soon to be close will not carry the sets. Store manager at my local area store informed that most store receive an assortment done by warehouse of only one box of each. Kmart replenishment system is the worst on retail. Horrible reorder system .When buying from store look all sets, employess stock some sets mix with others stack back in same peghook. Also check orders when ordering on website. Apparently demand is high and are getting bough faster/running out quick. .The web site packs differ from the one on store as were pack later after first batch. Hasbro has also different packing system as the do sales too.

I was looking over some items @ Big Bad Toy Store. They are offering a Star Wars item titled “Star Wars Stormtooper Office Helper”. They are 5 6cm, 60mm, 2.35inch high 3D Stormtooper figures designed to stand on a desk/table to assist you in organizing any number of paraphernalia you might have, post it notes, rubber bands, etc. But the figures look good, and might be useful for us Toy Soldier Collecter. Take a look. http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/menu.aspx?menu=1147&company=1822&utm_source=retail_news&utm_medium=email&
