I am glad that people are enjoying the Comment Times that Bill Nevins has edited. I did not think people would be interested in them. I have gotten a kick out of a comment on one forum that they had to delete 10 comments on my spelling and grammar. LOL as they say. I will not disagree my spelling and grammar are bad. I do not know if I have a learning disablity or I was rushing to get things done and did not check. Still as one person said it was not the spelling and the grammar, it was the content you wanted.
One person wished we could show pictures of the items that I sold on the list. I wish I could as well, the problem was back then it was not cost effective to do. The process to fit a picture into a list back then was just too expensive. Also I was always fighting for space for the items we wanted to list and I was fighting to juggle my human job at the time teaching at a business school and putting the list out. Very few items got photographed, we only started doing pictures when we did the auctions in Toy Shop.
Today it is so easy. I just have to take picture and I can upload it to the web in minutes. I hope to find the pictures of the first Plastic Warrior Show I went to back in 1989. The show was a fun time for me, I sold and bought and had so much fun. It seems like only yesterday, but it was over 22 years ago.
