I picked these figures up last month at the Merchants Square Toy Show. the male figure is 70mm and the woman figure is 60mm. Both figures are hard plastic. I like the poses. For some reason the previous owner started to paint the male figure top green and stopped. I will leave as is for the time being.
Those look like LGB train figures…..probably a paint your own set.
