Unknown Monster

I picked this figure up today at a flea market. Laurie and I were going down from the main area of the flea market to their cover area when I spot this figure in a basket. I believe had seen this at another flea market, but I had passed on the figure at the time. The figure is 2 1/2 inches tall.  I like it because of the broken chain and animation in the figure.  I have feeling it might have been done for Scooby Doo, but I am not sure. It was one of several items I got for myself today. I also picked up a one inch hard plastic hard hat deep sea diver and a hard plastic bush that may have been in Marx dollhouse playsets. The flea market was very good today as other collectors were scoring as well.
