Prince Valiant

Here is a great site I just picked up from my French friends on Prince Valiant. It is in English and it shows various collectibles of Prince Valiant and the history of the strip. Enjoy

Thank you for sharing! I visited the site and there is some great stuff there. You really have to mouse over the areas and get the drop-down menus to navigate. There are various collectors sharing their hordes as well. Many rare Elastolin figures and dioramas too.

Some most fantastic dioramas are done with Elastolin figures. I have seen pictures from Germany and my mouth just drops on the detail people put into them. As I have told before Laurie, my friend John and I got to a show in Karbon Germany and what we saw and bought were amazing. I have pieces that were done in Germany I have never seen since and that is over 15 years ago.

Thanks for posting info on the Prince Valiant site. What a great site! I spent a lot of time visiting it and came away with a host of ideas concerning my own modelling skills.

I thought the same thing when I saw the site and felt it would not be right to keep this site hidden from other collectors. I hope to get more time to look at it.

Elastolin are really nice figures, I only own a few of the 70mm’s. The 40’s are way too fragile for me not to mention rather expensive, they are done well though. I’m actually afraid to but any because then I’ll get started and go straight to the poor house.
